• A member of the U.S. Military or civilian component (DOD or Government Contractor) on active duty
• Stationed overseas outside of the 50 United States on either PCS or TDY orders of 30 consecutive days or more
• Authorized to purchase through the Army And Air Force Exchange / Navy Exchange Service Command
• In order for you to take advantage of the program, we must meet in person
to purchase through our program.
